muxd add
Add a doc source locally from a file, a URL or a package reference.
usage
muxd add <source> [--slug <slug>] [--name <name>] [--no-full]Indexes one documentation source without any server: a local file, the URL of an llms.txt (or any Markdown/text document), or a package reference resolved the same way muxd init resolves dependencies.
For llms.txt URLs, muxd tries the sibling llms-full.txt first, since it usually carries the full content instead of links.
Arguments
<source> | Path or URL of a document, or a package reference: npm:react, cargo:tokio@1, pypi:pydantic, go:.... |
Options
--slug <slug> | Slug agents use to address this source. Defaults to one derived from the document title. |
--name <name> | Display name. Defaults to the document title. |
--no-full | For llms.txt URLs, don't try the sibling llms-full.txt first. |
Examples
$ muxd add https://hono.dev/llms-full.txt$ muxd add npm:zod$ muxd add ./docs/internal-api.md --slug internal-api --name "Internal API"Notes
- Sources added this way are global: every project and client connected through
muxd install-clientsees them. - To add a library to one project only, put its URL in
extrainmuxd.jsonand runmuxd sync.
